One of the key supporting databases, grew beyond the configured storage. This was addressed and monitoring alerts reviewed to ensure any future events are paged out to on-call to prevent a repeat of this incident.
Outage was approximately 25mins and our team were alerted to the issue by both our alerting and customers raising issues.
Our team was actively working on the issue within 10mins until resolution.
